How Our Support Services Work WARRANTY AJAMSONIC (aka, AJAM, Inc.) is an independent company designated by KETRON as the US Distributor for its products. As such, AJAMSONIC will service KETRON products under warranty that are imported by KETRON USA, Delaware. KETRON products not imported by KETRON USA can still be serviced by KETRON USA for a fee which will cover parts and labor. PRODUCT SUPPORT KETRON USA will continue to offer FREE product support to customers whose products were imported by KETRON USA. Customers who purchased KETRON products not imported by KETRON USA can still obtain product support and services for a fee which will be determined at the time of service or support.
